1972 Dodge Challenger

The 1972 Dodge Challenger represented the beginning to the end
of the once powerful Dodge. By this time the Challenger, like most
other muscle cars has suffered the performance crunch and gas crises
that are sweeping the country. Gone are the R/T packages and the
big blocks. The only high performance model available to the 1972-1974
Dodge Challenger was the Rallye package.
Models:Base: slant six or 315 2bbl. However, options included
the 340, and 383. However, at this level don't expect a performance
image.
Rallye: Heavy duty supsension, cooling, stronger brakes, and striping/decorative
package. Also, included 340 engine.
