1967 Plymouth Barracuda

The 1967 Plymouth Barracuda represented a restyling of the Barracuda.
A complete new restyling eliminated the Plymouth Valiant roots and
instead used a more European influence. Stylistic items such as
parking lights in the grill, quick flip gas cap, and hood louvers
were a radical departure from the previous models. The car was now
slightly longer and wider and available with new options such as
a hardtop coupe or big block power.
As in previous years, the Formula S was still an option. They received
heavy duty suspension, brakes, tires, and emblems. The new Barracuda
was well received by the public and therefore sold in excess of
60,000 cars in 1967.
