1964 Pontiac GTO

This first year of sales for the 1964 Pontiac GTO would see nearly 30,000 cars sold in the first year. The GTO has several features that set is apart from the standard Pontiac Tempest. The GTO has simulated twin hood scoops, true dual exhaust, and the GTO badge proudly inserted in the drivers side of the grill. Included in the option was the 325hp 389cid and bucket seats. Optional to the GTO was the famous "Tri-Power", three - two barrel carburetors, intake system.
